The Villa

This spacious villa welcomes you with its comfortable bedrooms, living room, and modern bathrooms. Each space has been carefully designed to offer all the comfort necessary for an unforgettable stay. The terraces, perfect for moments of relaxation or outdoor meals, offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
The integrated air conditioning throughout the house ensures a pleasant coolness, even on the hottest days. For your comfort and peace of mind, a private parking space is also available.
The fully air-conditioned villa, facing due south, consists of two independent and adaptable units with full Wi-Fi coverage.
First Accommodation
On the ground floor :
- Entrance via the terrace leading to an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, etc.).
- A living/dining room with a fireplace and TNT TV, offering a sea view and access to the terrace.
- A hallway leading to two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 80 cm beds, both with sea views and terrace access.
- Two shower rooms/WC.
- A laundry room with a washing machine.
On the mezzanine level :
- A bedroom with two 80 cm beds, sea view, and terrace access.
- A bathroom/WC.
On the upper floor :
- A bedroom with two 80 cm beds and access to the rear terrace.
Second Accommodation
On the ground floor :
- Entrance via the terrace leading to a living/dining room with a fireplace and TNT TV, offering a sea view, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, four-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, etc.).

- A bedroom with two 80 cm beds.
